Cardiovascular Endurance, it consist of Hearts, Blood and Blood Vessel. It talk about the amount of exercise or activities that you involved your whole body to carry a task in our daily basis.

Cardiorespiratory endurance it also consist of the Heart, Lungs and Blood Vessel.

So in this case, our relation is about the “HEART

The Heart is also one of the most important (Vital) organ in human System which serve us life, inorder to keep the heart functioning effectively/ properly in our system aleast you need to always engage ourselves with PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES in our daily life which will help us to prolonged life spans and to also prevent heart disease.

Spend aleast 30 Minutes or 45 Minutes per day to boost your immune system through physical activities.

#Remember when you have good HEALTH, you have LIFE.

Disease that related with the HEART

1. Cardiac arrest

2. Coronary Heart Disease

3. High Blood Pressure which is also Hypertension

There are so many activities that you can part take to prevent those disease but here are some few examples that you can engage yourself to be Physically active/ Fit for life.

1. Walking

5. Aerobic exercise

This are some few examples of the activities that you can involved your self to be Physically active for life.

AEROBIC EXERCISE

You can also use some of the activities to check a cardiorespiratory fitness of a person, but our main focus here is the 3 minutes Set-up test.

In this case we can use what we called three (3) Set-up test to check a person HEART RECOVERY RATE which is known as Cardiovascular Endurance

Inorder to carry this kind of activity you need to get some Equipment or Materials to demonstrate.

1. Bench or Box measure 41.3cm

2. Stop Watch

Procedure; It demonstrate on an 4-step cycle cadence, which base on 24 and 22 for the entire steps per minute for both Men and Women. The tasks takes exactly three (3) minutes, after completion of the tasks you need to remain standing and your pulse will taken for 15 seconds, about the range of 5 and 20 seconds of recovery.

You will then convert the heart rate per minute by multiplying the value by 4
